These terms and conditions ( “Terms and Conditions”) oversee your (“you” or “your”) access to and utilization of the www.thegoodsnack.eu website (the “Website”) and all Products and Services provided by The GoodSnack via its Website including without limitation to any our monthly product and gift service or other promotion (collectively, the “Services”).

SUBSCRIPTIONS
There are three subscription groups that you may choose from through your account on a monthly, quarterly or half/yearly basis. On the basis of the subscription group and period you will be charged the amount stated on the Website. Each month of your subscription, the selection of Products from the menu of the month may change. Accordingly. By subscribing or gifting the “The GoodSnack box” you are guaranteed to receive 20-22 snacks in the box each month (“Products”).

MONTHLY DELIVERY
As a subscribed GoodSnack member, we will deliver a package to you on the evening before a weekday with a different selection of snacks that you have selected through The GoodSnack (“Products”) on the basis of your Subscription.

By subscribing you consent to pay the subscription fee for The Goodsnack Products that are provided on weekdays for the period of your subscription.

ORDERING SERVICES
You may order the Service by following the guidelines on the website. When you request the Service, your subscription to the service will automatically renew for the same period unless you opt out through your Account Settings or until you cancel your Subscription by following the steps on the Website. Subscriptions that are based on a Promotional code may automatically renew at full price (i.e. promotional excluded) without further notice. The Goodsnack reserves the right to alter its subscription prices for the Services (on a regular basis in its sole watchfulness) by notifying you through its Website or through other means of communication.

BILLING AND PAYMENTS
If you order The GoodSnack Products you agree to pay the then-current applicable Subscription fee listed on the website. We will automatically bill your credit/debit card submitted in ordering the Service on the date the service is activated or renewed, and each 4th day of the month or such other period after that until you cancel your service. You hereby authorise us to bill your credit/debit card as described above.

SHIPPING AND RISK OF LOSS
Except if generally outlined at the time of your subscription, shipping and handling expenses are incorporated with your order. Delivery times, are merely estimates. Orders are delivered for free and are estimated to arrive within 2-3 hours after being shipped. Out of city limit orders are not free and delivery times can vary – delivery time and price for out of city delivery are to be calculated upon checkout.

SECURITY OF TRANSACTIONS
The Company is committed to safeguarding the security and integrity of the data collected in connection of the Users of its website. The Company has adopted procedures to protect the personal data that Users provide to its website or in any other way (e.g., over the telephone). REFUND and WITHDRAWAL POLICY
Customers that have a renewing subscription may request cancellation of their subscription renewal at any time through their account settings. Any subscription that is not renewed is considered to be inactive and therefore The GoodSnack Services will not be offered to that User. It is clarified that The Goodsnack Products and Services will continue to be offered to you for the Subscription period for which you have paid. We do not offer any refunds on paid subscription fees.

According to the applicable legislation, Users are entitled to withdraw for any reason whatsoever from the sales contract through which they were provided with any Goodsnack Products (save in the cases of the exceptions stated below) whenever they wish within 14 calendar days from the day they received the ordered products.

Immediately after the exercise of the right of withdrawal, the products must be returned by the User without any undue delay and in any case within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of declaration about the exercise of the right of withdrawal.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal applies to packaged products that have been returned at exactly the same condition as they were when received and a statement of the date that the packaged products was delivered. Any alteration to their content or opening of the original packaging will render the products as not fit for withdrawal

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in the following cases:

food products that were cooked or that require preservation;
personal hygiene products;
delicate products that can be altered or expire soon, unless these are promotion products as a result of their short expiration date and are defective for another reason;
sealed products that shall not be returned for reasons of health protection or other hygiene reasons and that were unsealed at the time of delivery;
baby food and milk;

TERMINATION OF USE
You accept that we may, at our sole discretion (whether reasonable or unreasonable), suspend or end your access to all or part of our Website and Services with or without notice and under any conditions, including, without impediment, to causes relating to a breach of the Terms of Use.

DISCOUNT CODES/ COUPONS
The Goodsnack may organize promotions and offers whereby coupons, discount codes, discounts are granted in order to be used on its Website (“Coupons” or “Promotions”). The coupons may have a specific validity period and may be used at a number of times decided by us. The coupons may not be combined with other offers, discounts or other discount coupons, while special terms and conditions may apply to them, which are set by us at our sole discretion, by informing the User accordingly through the coupon. The coupons are intended for exclusive use on the Website of The Goodsnack, unless explicitly provided otherwise, while it is not possible to redeem their value in cash.

The Coupons are for personal use exclusively for the User who is registered as a Goodsnack Account holder and whose account has been created before the day the Coupon has expired or provided as set out in the terms and conditions of the coupon. The right to redeem the coupon cannot be transferred to a third party.

Coupons are also subject to these terms of use, as well as any additional terms and conditions may be added to the coupon. The Company does not bear any responsibility, civil or criminal, for any loss or rejection, or cancellation or withdrawal of coupon, as well as in case of inability to redeem the coupon by the recipient for any reason.

ALLERGIES
A portion of our snacks may contain allergens including but without limitation to peanuts, almonds, cashews, pecans, other nuts, different natural products, gluten, lactose, eggs, shellfish, soy, wheat, and others. While we take steps to minimize the risk of cross contamination, we cannot guarantee that any of our products is safe to consume for people with allergies However, there is always a risk of contamination. There is also a possibility that manufacturers of the products we use could change the formulation at any time, without notice. We will not assume any liability for adverse reactions to Products consumed, or items one may come in contact with while consuming our products which is a result of cross contamination.

Please contact us at info@thegoodsnack.eu if you have specific questions or concerns about any of our Products, if you are looking to customize your meals or if you are allergic to any ingredients/allergens. We are able to accommodate some special dietary requirements and food allergies. We will not assume any liability for adverse reactions to Products consumed, or items one may come in contact with while eating our products whether it contains an allergen or otherwise.
